Project Overview

Signature Apartments is located in the heart of Wollongong, on the NSW South Coast.  Each apartment has been designed with elegance and comfort in mind. The 150 apartments are across 21 floors and range from one to three bedroom apartments with two penthouses on the top floor.  When completed, the Ground floor will have retail spaces for convenience.

Climax Air Conditioning were tasked to match the developers (TDK) vision by providing the ultimate comfort experience for residents. As a result, each residential apartment has Mitsubishi Electric reverse cycle air conditioning and discrete bathroom and kitchen exhaust.  A necessity for apartment style living. 

For the common areas the design included Jet Fan ventilation.  These fans will remove exhaust fumes from the car park and supply the area with fresh air.  The emergency exits are fitted with an engineered stair pressurisation system. This system will keep smoke out of the escape stairwells, aiding in the safe evacuation of residents and enabling fire fighting crews to access the required area.
