Climax Air Conditioning is currently completing the design and construction of mechanical services package for Nautilus Apartments Shell Cove.
The Nautilus Apartment building comprises 116 apartments in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom layouts, with water views from most of the apartments and 2 levels of basement with the unique curved shape of the building making it a complex project.
Mechanical services include VRF ducted systems, general ventilation and roof fans, car park ventilation fans, and single spilt ducted air conditioning systems.
Climax Air Conditioning is proud to be delivering such an iconic building, in an iconic location with Parkview Constructions. Once completed Nautilus will join our collection of prestige apartment and high-rise projects which includes Signature Apartments in Wollongong.
