Aged Care Independent Living Apartments, Uniting Care Shellharbour

Four new new buildings were part of the 2018 Uniting Care Shellharbour development. The “Lakeview” construction allowed for 78 aged care independent living apartments that were all fitted with multi-head split reverse cycle air conditioning systems.

Climax also designed and installed the apartment exhaust systems, the supply of fresh air to the main lobby, various ventilation for common areas and CO2 monitoring sensors for the carpark areas.
