Arcare Mollymook is a 5-star aged care facility on the NSW South Coast. Completed in late 2021 the facility offers residents modern 5-star living with 90 private suites, dementia support unit and permanent aged care support. On-site entertainment options include Cafe, Games Rooms, Hair Salons, Movie Theatre and Private Dining Rooms for celebrating those special occasions.
Climax Air Conditioning provided the Mechanical Engineering support throughout the project and the site team provided high quality installation of the Mitsubishi Electric units, receiving great praise for the quality installation and ease of commissioning.
The design and installation included a range of unit types and all controls:
- Cassette VRF Heat Recovery Systems
- Ducted Heat Recovery Units
- Cooling only option for the Communication Room control
- Bathroom, kitchen and laundry exhaust
- Outside air provision
