Multi-story Warehouse, Lidcombe

The Lidcombe Multi-Storey Warehouse Project involves the design and construction of a 2-level, 5 Star Green Star warehouse facility with 10 individual tenancies. Each tenancy is set to be a secure, standalone facility with all building services contained within, ensuring each facility is separately operated, metered, isolated, and maintained without adversely affecting the operation of the other tenancies within the facility.

The new 18,000m² warehouse is located within Sydney’s inner west with close access to key transport infrastructure. It will be a premium facility for storing, handling, picking, packaging and distributing goods.
