The design and installation for Essence Group needed to meet strict standards (AS/NZS ISO 14644.4:2002 R2016) for cleanrooms and controlled environments. The scope included demolition and decommissioning of redundant systems as well as the supply and installation of:
- Air Conditioning Units
- ISO Grade D filtration
- Supply and return air reticulation system
- Barometric pressure relief dampers
- Constant air volume boxes for constant airflow
- BMS control system
- General exhaust
