Climax Air Conditioning is currently completing the design and construction of mechanical services package on Nautilus Shell Cove.

Nautilus comprises 116 apartments in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom layouts, with water views from most of the apartments and 2 levels of basement with the unique curved shape of the building making it a complex project.

Mechanical services includes VRF ducted systems, general ventilation and roof fans, car park ventilation fans, and single spilt ducted air conditioning systems.
