Climax Air Conditioning is undertaking the design and construction of mechanical services in Ancora Apartments located on Shell Cove Marina.

Ancora will feature 64 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across three low-rise buildings in a convenient location in the master planned community.

We have worked closely with Parkview Constructions on a number of projects and continue to build a strong relationship with all builders and subcontractors we have contact with. This is an outstanding project to be involved in.
