Site Manager – Commercial Projects
This is a critical role and works closely with the Project Managers to ensure works are delivered upholding our reputation for high quality workmanship, on time, on budget.
In this role you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our onsite technicians, apprentices, labourers and sub contractors. You mentor, coach and manage people who are new to the industry and those who are experienced within the industry
Working closely with Project Managers the role helps to implement strategies for providing cost-effective, consistent and reliable installation services with accountability for driving profitable business outcomes and high-quality installations.
A Site Manager will ensure quality of performance is actioned in accordance with the company policies, procedures, safety requirements and applicable state legislation.
