About the role
As the Leading Hand HVAC Sheetmetal Installer, you will play a vital role in meeting the teams daily progress aims. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to a high standard and attention to detail. This is a permanent opportunity leading an experienced team.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- This is a site-based role leading a team
- Oversee and undertake all aspects of Sheetmetal installations related to commercial HVAC
- Undertake site measures
- Communicate material requirements
- Collaborate with other trades
- Report daily progress to the Site Manager
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience excelling in a similar position
- Exceptional all-round communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Desirable
- Min 3 years experience on commercial projects is essential
- Current Drivers Licence
- White Card, essential
