The refurbishment of Wollongong Court House included upgrades to Chilled Water and Hot Water Systems, the installation of a new Building Management System (BMS), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Dehumidification Unit and Mechanical Ventilation.
