Climax Air Conditioning delivered the mechanical services package for the Condell Park High School upgrade, a major redevelopment delivered by ADCO Constructions for Schools Infrastructure NSW. The project replaces temporary demountable classrooms with modern, purpose-built learning facilities designed to support contemporary education and long-term community growth.

  • EFSG-standard design
  • Delivered in a live school environment
  • 5 Star Green Star sustainability targets

The redevelopment includes a new EFSG-standardised teaching hub with 16 classrooms, integrated learning common and multipurpose areas, along with the refurbishment of four existing school buildings providing additional classrooms, specialist learning spaces and support facilities. External works and campus improvements further enhance the functionality of the school environment.

Climax delivered high-performance HVAC and ventilation systems designed to support modern learning environments while aligning with the project’s 5 Star Green Star sustainability targets. These systems improve indoor air quality, thermal comfort and operational efficiency, creating healthy and resilient spaces for students and staff.

Working within a live school environment, Climax coordinated closely with the builder and project stakeholders to deliver mechanical services that support the long-term performance and sustainability of the upgraded campus.
