We are excited to announce our latest project – Kembla Street – The Civic. We are looking forward to completing another successful project with the capable team at Advanced Constructions.

The mixed-use commercial and residential project includes Car Park Ventilation, Stair Pressurisation and Smoke Management Systems, DX Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and a Building Management System. The project is currently at the design finalisation stage and Climax is expecting to commence on-site next month.
