Climax Air Conditioning is currently engaged in the construction phase of the Shoalhaven Hospital Pre-school project. The relocation of the pre-school, to the new purpose-built facility, is part of the first stage of the Shoalhaven Hospital re-development.

Our work with Fugen includes the provision of air conditioning and ventilation services. Air conditioning in the children’s Activity Room includes VRF Heat Recovery and Wall-hung Split units. The back-of-house areas have Cassette-style units for optimum comfort and efficiency.

Furthermore, to ensure proper ventilation, manually operated Louvers have been installed in all rooms. Additional aspects involve establishing an exhaust system for specific areas of the building and a Mechanical Services Switchboard.
