Climax Air Conditioning is currently delivering the design and construction of the Essence Chocolate and Gummy Factory clean room mechanical services installation. The design, installation and commissioning of the facility will all be completed by our in house team.

The grade D ISO eight facility includes a series of twenty two rooms all requiring cascade pressure controls, as well as specialised filtration and air distribution. A number of rooms have critical temperature and humidity requirements, being achieved via desiccant rotor dehumidification units.

This is our fifth project with Essence Group who are continuing to grow and expand into different markets.
