Excellence in Medium Business

The Excellence in Medium Business Award, recognising businesses with 21–99 employees, is a significant achievement for Climax and reflects the continued growth of the business, the strength of our team and the commitment we bring to every project.

For more than 35 years, Climax has grown from its beginnings in the Shoalhaven into a team of more than 65 people delivering commercial air conditioning and mechanical services projects across the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Sydney regions.

While the size and capability of the business have changed significantly over that time, our focus has remained consistent: investing in our people, building strong relationships and delivering quality work we can be proud of.

The judging process included a detailed written submission and finalist interview, providing an opportunity to showcase not only the work we deliver, but also the people, culture, systems and values that support the business behind the scenes.

The Excellence in Medium Business Award belongs to the entire Climax team. From our tradespeople and site teams to our project managers, engineers, service technicians and office staff, every person plays a role in the success of the business.

Outstanding Employee

The evening was made even more special with Business Operations Manager Allison Bielski receiving the Outstanding Employee Award.

Allison has been part of Climax for more than 10 years and has played an important role in the continued development of the business across operations, systems, people and organisational improvement. Being recognised by an independent judging panel is a significant achievement and one we are incredibly proud to celebrate.

Both awards reflect the people behind Climax and the professionalism, teamwork and pride they bring to the business every day.

We would also like to thank our clients, suppliers and industry partners who have supported Climax and been part of our story over many years.

These awards are an important milestone for the business, but more importantly, they are recognition of the collective effort that continues to move Climax forward.
