Project Overview

The Waterfront Tavern is scheduled to open in the latter half of 2021.  The dining and entertainment precinct will set a new standard for the Illawarra and NSW South Coast.  The Waterfront Tavern will offer family friendly dining, the perfect location for an afternoon drink, harbourside dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the amazing views.

The Tavern will cantilever over the new public boardwalk and marina capturing harbour views to the north and east.  You can take an Virtual tour here 

Climax Air Conditioning will provide the Air conditioning, ventilation and most importantly Wine Storage packages to the 4 bar and dining areas;

• The Bar & Bistro, complete with a kids’ area and central bar.
• The Clubhouse, which will be a casual waterfront space with live music, special event screenings, cocktails and bar food
• The Kiosk that will offer convenient outdoor food and drinks such as coffee, pastries, gelato and take-away food.
• The Sports bar with TAB and gaming facilities.

The mechanical and electrical services for the dining and entertainment areas will consist of VRF Heat Pump air conditioning systems, communications room, exhaust and ventilation for the Bathrooms, Commercial kitchens and Bin Room, there will also be Outside Air provisions for maximum comfort.  Plus all associated controls and electrical work for the Mechanical Services Switchboard.
