Project Overview

Climax Air Conditioning provided this project with the design and construction of 20 x VRF Air Conditioning systems, Mechanical Ventilation, BMS. Plus, Freezer Room and Cool Room refrigeration systems, including all associated controls and pipe work.

The 100 Bed Aged Care Facility is a mixture of 75 single rooms, 10 double rooms and 5 accessible rooms over 5 households from ground to L2.  Each household has 20 beds and shares clinical BOH, community kitchen, dining lounge and sitting rooms along with outside access via balconies or courtyard.
