Project Overview

Peloton Constructions awarded the electrical package for the new Southern Youth and Family Services commercial building to Climax Electrical.

Climax needed to provide electrical services for a range of offices, training rooms and the auditorium. These spaces all had different power, lighting, data and control requirements, meaning flexibility and alternatives needed to be provided.  The commercial Kitchen in the onsite Cafe has been fitted with extraction exhaust plus power for appliances.  While the onsite gym, showers and laundry facilities were fitted with ventilation exhaust and controls.

We provided the commercial electrical services, Switchboard and submains required to successfully run all areas of the building.  As well as Dry Fire system, Fire Indicator Panel and associated fire trip system with Mechanical works.
