Project Overview

The HealthOne Ulladulla design and construct project, for Zauner Constructions,  is another example of the specialised mechanical engineering services that the Climax Air Conditioning team are able to provide to the healthcare industry.

The air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems that were engineered, designed and installed include specialised high efficiency filtration, exhaust and air conditioning for the facilities’ clean rooms, sterile store area and clinical consulting rooms.

The air conditioning systems including VRF heat recovery, wall split, ducted and cassette air conditioning systems.  Whilst the ventilation provided included Car park exhaust and fresh air systems.  Plant room and storeroom ventilation and exhaust provisions as well as bathroom, garbage and grease arrestor exhaust systems.  A provision for outside are has also been included.

All mechanical services were integrated with a Building Management System (BMS) and control systems for all other trades.

This project is due for completion in the later half of 2020.
