Kingswood High School Air Conditioning and Ventilation

Project Overview

The upgrade to Kingswood High School was part of the School Infrastructure program.  The new multi-purpose hall is for school sports and performing arts. We designed and installed the air conditioning and ventilation for the multi-use space.

The engineered design needed to allow for the needs of a multi-use space. This included the monitoring of air quality via carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors.  To achieve this air quality, outside air provisions and motorised air relief louvres were used.   For climate control, a heat pump air conditioning unit services the first aid room.  While the storage rooms also have outside air fans and the bathrooms have exhaust systems.
