Effective temperature and ventilation are central to creating an optimal learning environment. Working with ADCO Constructions, Climax Air Conditioning delivered air conditioning in two schools in Liverpool in Sydney’s southwest: Liverpool West Public School and the recently opened Gulyangarri Public School.

The Liverpool West project involved the delivery of an integrated HVAC system for a newly constructed building project as part of the NSW Department of Education school’s infrastructure scheme. The development comprises a collection of three-storey buildings accommodating up to 700 students, containing 44 home base units, four special education learning units, 12 practical activity and withdrawal spaces, a library and administrative facilities. It also includes a community hall with a canteen and a future preschool.

The requirements of the Gulyangarri project were similar, but on a larger scale. Opened in early 2024, the school accommodates 44 teaching spaces, four support rooms, four special program rooms, two preschool rooms and 35 core facilities.

Climax Air Conditioning is proud to partner with ADCO Constructions on another exceptional project supporting the current and future learning needs of our communities.
